We provide Ms. Excel Training Services (online / on-site) for those who are seeking to improve their efficiency on working with Microsoft Excel. We conduct Ms. Excel training for offices / personnel located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Upon request, we are also happy to support training outside Jakarta area.

The potential participants of this training could be entry level employees, or any employee who perform calculation, analysis or reporting using Microsoft Excel. These are normally but not limited to, employees who work in administration, sales, budgeting, payroll, tax, and reporting division. Indeed, the training would be helpful for employees at any level, and in any division who need to maximize the use of Microsoft Excel, in order to help improve efficiency in their daily or routine jobs.

We developed our Training materials based on our 10 years of working experiences with Clients and Internal Office. Hence, we collected the materials, cases and features that we considered most important and practical to help people working faster and more efficient, then combined them into our training material.

We provide variety of Excel courses such as:

1. Excel for Professionals Intermediate, suitable for beginner to intermediate users in any business function, enabling participants to utilise Excel more efficiently, and perform fundamental data analysis processes effectively.

2. Excel for Professionals Advanced, where on top of "Excel for Professionals Intermediate" training program, we recomposed and added more advanced lectures on formulas, developing charts, using sparklines, slicers and timeline, focusing on data visualization development.

3. Introduction to Excel VBA, suitable for intermediate to advanced users, especially for those working on massive reporting and data analysis, as participants will learn how to use VBA from the basic level, using variables, functions, loops, and many more.

4. Sensitive Analysis and Charting, perfect for intermediate to advanced users, especially for those working in finance, or risk management, as participants will learn how to develop sensitive analysis using data table and tornado charts on top of an existing financial model.

5. Excel Dashboards, a course for intermediate up to advanced users to learn how to create Dashboards in Excel using a combination of VBA, conditional formatting, advanced formulas, pivotTable, pivotCharts, sparklines and custom gauge charts.

ExcelPro Indonesia Training Methodology

1 Placement Test

The participant candidates first take placement test in order to see their current capability / level in using Ms. Excel.
The placement test will be run online, so this can be conveniently conducted anytime and anywhere in accordance to candidates availability.
This activity should normally be completed within 1 - 2 weeks prior the scheduled training date.

2 Placement Test Result

We will assess the placement test results from all candidates who join the test, and produce a placement test report to inform you about topics that would be more focused / prioritized during training.
The placement test report can also be used by you to group the candidates within the same level / capability in using Ms. Excel. Hence the training class would consist of participants with similar and balanced Excel skills.

3 Training Day

Participants will be provided with a module and also Excel workbook practices to work on during training day.
The training duration ranges from 4 to 8 hours, depending on which course is taken.

4 Post Training Support

For two weeks after training days, we provide online consultation service for any participant who requires further assistance during their daily job activities with Ms. Excel.
The communication is created using WhatsApp Group.

Our training package always includes a Free of Two Weeks online consultation afterwards, as we are committed to make people truly understand and able to make the best use of Excel in their work practices. Please note that the placement test are applicable for Excel for Professionals and Excel for Professionals Deep Dive (Advanced) courses.
